岗位职责
1.协助学生生活副院长处理行政事务,包括录入数据、拟写报告、处理邮件、提交文件、项目计划、财务报销、安排会议等,以及读取中文文件后做英文摘要等。
2.向学生生活副院长(或根据需要)提供包括但不限于:接听电话、 资料管理、办公室资料管理和补给,协助访客完成相关入校入院的登记等相关行政工作。
3.协助跟进和处理与会议相关的工作,包括但不限于:准备、起草、修改,以及发送会议议程和会议记录。
4.根据部门的需要,预定和协调会议、活动、面试、采访、会面以及(或)相关活动。
5.在部门工作中,作为学生生活内外部的主要联络人。
6.在日常运营中,负责与其他相关部门对接和联络。
7.创建、维护和更新文档、数据库、记录以及/或其他文件,确保学生信息和数据的合法、完整和准确。
8.部门分配的其他工作。
任职要求
1.大学本科学历。
2.具有3-5年相关工作经验(有财会工作经验者可被优先考虑)
3.中英文听说读写能力俱佳。
4.熟练掌握Microsoft Word, Excel等软件,具备学习新软件和数据库的能力。
5.鉴于时差及学生生活工作的性质,需要求职者能适应弹性工作时间,承担较大强度各种类型的工作。
6.具有优秀的组织能力和时间管理能力,能够同时处理多线程任务。
7.能够关注部门以及学生生活副院长的需要,并高质量地落实相关工作。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Provide administrative support to the Associate Dean, including data entry, preparing reports and/or presentations, triaging emails, creating and submitting documents, project planning, financial monthly reconciling, scheduling meetings, and reading documents in Chinese and summarizing, etc.
2.Provide administrative support to Student Life as instructed by the Associate Dean including but not limited to answering telephones, keeping records, files, office supply inventories, assisting visitors, travel logistics, and/or resolving a wide range of administrative action items.
3.Prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit, and distribute agendas and/or minutes of meetings.
4.Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities for Student Life.
5.Acts as central point of contact for Student Life to internal and external constituencies.
6.Serve as a liaison with other departments and units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational scenarios.
7.Establish, maintain and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents in a manner that ensures preservation of the integrity, validity and accuracy of Student Life information and data.
8.Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor’s degree required
2.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work similar work experience (some accounting/finance experience preferred)
3.High level English and native Chinese, including exceptional written and oral communication skills.
4.Competence with software including Microsoft Suite and the ability to learn how to use new software and databases.
5.A willingness and ability to work flexible hours and do all types of work, including physical/manual tasks, due to time zone differences and the nature of student life work.
6.Excellent organizational, and time management skills, with a strong ability to juggle multiple projects.
7.Ability to anticipate the needs of the Associate Dean/Student Life and execute at a high level.
8.Desire to work in an international environment.
