Course Description

The theme of the course is “Leading in Chinese State-Owned Enterprise”, and the goal of this course is to help students understand the role and responsibilities of Chinese state-owned enterprises, how they have evolved and developed over the past decades,and how they are managed. In our class, we will mainly cover the topics listed below.

本课程的主题是“国有企业领导力实践”，课程设计的主要目的是帮助学生了解国有企业在中国社会中存在的意义，过去几十年间国有企业是如何演化和发展的，国有企业的主要职责是什么，国有企业是如何运作的。本课程重点是让学生了解中国国有企业在践行社会职能与责任时所需要的战略管理能力，市场竞争能力建设，创新与持续改革，以及在生态管理，社会责任和公司治理等领域的领导能力建设。
