We are looking for currently enrolled Tsinghua full-time graduate students as Teaching Assistants to support Schwarzman College 2023-2024 Module 2 courses in the Fall semester. If you possess a caring spirit, are competent in project management and cross-cultural communications, and want to improve your global competence by working side by side with Schwarzman College Academic Office, world-class faculty, and students, then come and join us!

申请条件    
1.须为清华大学全日制在学研究生；博士学生优先考虑；
2.中英文流利。
PREREQUISITE:
1.Must be currently enrolled full-time Tsinghua graduate student. PhD students are strongly preferred.
2.Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

助教岗位职责  
1.作为娱乐场 学术部的延伸，直接向学术部汇报。作为课程教学团队的一员，为授课教师的课程准备、课程材料和其他教学相关事务提供行政支持，包括但不限于记录考勤、记录课程作业提交情况、上传成绩以及授课教师委派的其他任务；
2.按照学术部的要求，阶段性向学术部汇报课程各方面进展，随时关注课程和学生中存在或潜在的问题，并第一时间告知学术部和授课教师；
3.及时回答和解决学生的行政相关问题；
4.完成书院学术部分配的其他任务；
5.书院为全英文授课项目，助教和学生、国际授课老师的主要工作沟通语言为英语。
TEACHING ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Serve as an extension of Schwarzman College Academic Office and directly report to Academic Office. As part of the course teaching team, provide administrative assistance to faculty with class preparation, course materials, and other logistics tasks including but not limited to attendance tracking, course assignment submission status tracking, grades uploading, and other duties that the course instructor assigns.
2.Regularly update the course progress to Academic Office. Help identify students ‘at risk’ as well as any course issues and inform Academic Office and the course instructor in a timely manner.
3.Help answer and resolve any administrative questions that students have in a timely manner.
4.Fulfill other occasional administrative duties assigned by Schwarzman College Academic Office.
5.English will be the primary working language in communicating with international faculty and students.

1.有意同学请于北京时间10月18日11:59pm前，将英文简历、手机号码和所申请课程名邮件发至[email protected].
2.简历初筛通过者将接到电话面试（来自清华校内座机，开头627-），如被录取将于11月27前收到通知。简历初筛或面试未通过者，恕不另行通知。
HOW TO APPLY:
1.Please email your English resume, cell phone number, and the course name(s) that you are applying to [email protected] before October 18th, 11:59pm Beijing time.
2.Applicants who passed the resume screening will receive phone interviews (from Tsinghua internal landline telephone, number starts with 627-). If being accepted to a TA position, the applicant will be notified before November 27th. We will not send out separate notifications to those who didn’t make it into to the next phase.
