四月的清华园绿意醉人，诗情盎然。清华大学即将迎来112岁生日。值此校庆之际，娱乐场 将于4月29日举行年度书院校友聚会，同窗好友，情谊满怀，共谱华章。   

In the refreshing month of April, with lush greenery and poetic vibes, Tsinghua University is about to celebrate its 112th birthday. On this occasion of the university's anniversary, Schwarzman College will hold its annual alumni gathering on April 29th , bringing together old classmates and friends, brimming with warm camaraderie and joy, as well  as composing a new chapter of memories.

* 所有计划于4月29、30日进校的校友均需提前预约（29、30当日不审批），具体方式见文末  
* All alumni who plan to enter the school on April 29 and 30 need to make an appointment in advance (there will be no approval on 29 and 30). See the end of the article for details.

注：返校请务必提前预约，29、30当日不审批
Please click on the image below to access the reservation portal in the "Tsinghua Ren" mini-program and make an appointment. Certified alumni can make appointments directly, while uncertified alumni should follow the guidelines to make an appointment after completing the certification process.   

Note: It is important to make an appointment in advance when returning to the campus. No approvals will be granted on April 29th and 30th without prior appointments.

1、 本预约仅用于4月29日、30日两天入校。其他时间入校请参照学校校门管理政策执行，具体规定请在“清华人”小程序娱乐场【校友卡】页面查看。   
This appointment is only for obtaining a campus-entry permit on April 29th and 30th. Please refer to the gate management policy of the school for campus-entry permits at other times. For detailed requirements, please check the [Alumni Card] tag on the homepage of the "Tsinghua Ren" Mini program.

2、预约后，校友本人凭电子校友卡进校。   
After making the appointment, alumni can enter the campus by presenting their alumni e-card.

3、每个校友在预约的同时，可报备不超过三名同行亲属，亲属凭报备的身份证件入校。   
When making an appointment, each alumnus can register up to 3 accompanying relatives, who will be allowed to enter the campus with the reported ID.

4、请绿色出行，步行可从各校门入校。若有特殊情况，确需私家车进校的，请联系活动主办单位进行车辆报备，经学校批准后方可入校。（报备好的车辆可以通行：东北门、西北门、油库门、南门和西南门）   
As part of our commitment to promoting sustainable transportation, we encourage alumni to choose green travel options. During the event on April 29th and 30th, alumni can enter the campus on foot through any of the school gates. If you have special circumstances that require the use of a private vehicle, please contact the event organizer to report your vehicle and obtain permission for entry through specific gates, including the Northeast Gate, Northwest Gate, Gas Station Gate, South Gate, and Southwest Gate.

5、4月29日、30日两天出租车、网约车均不可入校。   
Please note that on April 29th and 30th, taxis and ride-hailing services will not be permitted to enter the campus.

6、无法在“清华人”小程序认证的校友，请与就学、培训期间所属的院系或相关单位联系进行预约，经核实后由学校统一审批。   
For alumni who are unable to complete the certification process in the "Tsinghua Ren" mini program, please reach out to the department school or relevant unit for assistance in obtaining verification.
